1) Certified copy of
the original driver's license by the US consulate in panama and
authenticated by the foreign relations ministry. The drive's license
must not have expired.
2) Original and copy of the passport,
Immigration ID and the license
3) Obtain your blood type at a local
Lab.
4) Pay the
$40.00 fee.

If over 70 need a medical exam.
Note: The date of expiration of the
license is the same as the temporary ID. When you get the final ID
the length of the license will bet the same as for any resident.
