In the year 1979, I obtained the
license to practice law from The Complutense University of Madrid
one of the oldest universities in the world and the top
university in Spain. I studied criminal law in the Sapienza
University of Rome which is a coeducational, autonomous state
university in Rome, Italy. After returning from Europe, I was
appointed Director of the Department of privileges and immunities of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs In Panama. There, I supervise my
staff on all matters pertaining to the foreign diplomatic missions
and official matters. Since, the year 1996, I have operated my own
law practice. |
